Parents:  Francisco and Sonya Hernandez    Siblings Francisco, Fabian, and Fiandro    Before a match I listen to music, visualize what I am going to do, and calm myself down. After weigh-ins I have rice treats with peanut butter, apple juice, protein bars, and fruits.  Something that some don't know about me is I dislocated my left thumb.
