Hello! I am Bob Doran, Program Manager for OUAZ's Esports Team in Surprise, Arizona. I am a strong advocate and believer in the benefits Esports competition has to offer. Team work, competitive spirit, effort, communication and humility are the main skills that makes a great Esports player, but an even better team. These skills can easily transfer to support you in other areas in your life when properly channeled and this is the place to do it.
